1. General

  1. The online store at https://grumpyrump-official.myshopify.com is operated by the owner of the Grumpy Rump brand (“we”, “the Seller”). Contact: our contact form.
  2. These terms govern orders, payment, delivery, refunds and warranty. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Products and prices

  1. The Grumpy Rump tissue holder is a novelty plush gift and decor item that holds regular facial tissues. Tissues are not included. The Grumpy Rump tooting soap dispenser is an automatic, touch-free foaming soap dispenser with a sound effect, for foaming hand soap (not included). Neither is a toy or intended for young children. Product photos are illustrative; small differences in colour, shape, paint and stitching are normal and are not a defect.
  2. Prices are shown in the currency selected in the store and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is free. Import duties and taxes are not included (see the Shipping policy).
  3. We may change prices, start or end promotions and withdraw products; this does not affect orders already placed. When we announce a price reduction in the EU, we state the lowest price of the previous 30 days. The crossed-out price of a bundle shows what the same number of single items costs at the regular price.
  4. Bundle discounts (for example “extra 11% off” on 2 items) are already included in the bundle price. The matching-pair price of the soap dispenser applies automatically at checkout to one dispenser per order that also contains a tissue holder. Offers cannot be combined with other offers. We may cancel orders that abuse a promotion.

3. Orders and payment

  1. The contract is concluded when we confirm your order by e-mail. Payment is made in advance using the methods available at checkout.
  2. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) in case of an obvious pricing error, unavailability, suspected fraud or if we cannot deliver to the address given.
  3. We may limit the quantity per order and refuse or cancel any order before it ships, with a full refund.

6. Use and liability

  1. Use the products only as described: the tissue holder indoors or in a parked car, with ordinary facial tissues, away from fire, candles, heaters and other heat sources, spot clean only; the soap dispenser indoors with foaming hand soap only, never submerged in water, following the instructions supplied with it. Keep away from small children and pets.
  2. You use the products at your own risk and responsibility. We are not liable for damage resulting from misuse or from use contrary to these terms.
  3. We are not liable for delays caused by the carrier, customs, force majeure or incorrect data supplied by the buyer.
  4. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
  5. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (such as for death or personal injury caused by our negligence) or the rights consumers have under mandatory laws of their country of residence.

7. Content and reviews

All store content (texts, photos, videos, logo) belongs to the Seller and may not be copied without permission. By publishing a review, photo or comment about our products you grant us a free licence to use it in the store’s materials.

8. Final provisions

  1. We may change these terms at any time; the version published when you place your order applies to that order.
  2. If any provision of these terms is found invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
  3. These terms are governed by the law of the Seller’s country of establishment (an EU member state), without prejudice to the protection consumers enjoy under the mandatory law of their country of residence.
